Like many cruising couples, Chris and Frank share many of the duties and responsibilities of operating the vessel.  Based on knowledge, skill and inherent abilities, traditional divisions of labour may sometimes go out the porthole.  Like the popular industrial model for efficient plant operations, our ongoing goal is to 'cross train' as much as possible to create a smoothly operating system.
